The room was huge and the bed very comfortable! We couldn't use the pool because it was cold and we always arrived late at the hotel after being in the city.The area was very good, because it was very close to the most lively area of ​​the city, which is great to end the day. However, there was no noise and the room was very quiet.We stayed one night less than planned because we didn't have much else to see in the city. But we were able to manage it very well with the hotel.

Great hotel and location. Built less than a year ago, fresh furniture and modern renovation.There is a swimming pool and a gazebo with tables on the roof.There are no karaoke places near the hotel, but around the corner there is a street with all the restaurants from different countries.

We stayed at Dragon Huế Hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well situated (close to restaurants, Perfume River, and not so far from the citadel). The room we were in was surprisingly calm. We were very satisfied.I think there was a swimming pool, but we didn't take the time to try it. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so cannot judge it either. Also, the hotel can provide services like taxi and tours, which is very common in Viet Nam. We went on our own but if you feel lost it's good to know.Based on our experience, we highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed to arrive having two rooms booked for 4 adults, through bookings.com, only to turn up to have the rooms cancelled due to being overbooked. You were emailing me the night before regarding an earlier check-in as we arrived by train at midday.Instead you sent us to your sister hotel in the backstreet which is not the same standard with no pool and no breakfast including but expected us to pay the same price.Why did you not email me to communicate the cancellation of this booking?I would’ve been able to find an alternative accommodation prior to arriving to my likely and not being force to your sister hotel. We left that one as it was not what we had booked.It’s a shame now to read other reviews where you have done this other.Very bad communication

Dragon Hue Hotel is brand new. I booked 2 rooms for my family and I. Both rooms were extremely clean. The shower had good water pressure and a great size. The bath towels are thick and fluffy. The daily housekeeping did a great job cleaning the rooms, not just making the bed. The AC also worked wonderfully. There is also a fan in the room to circulate the air if needed. The staff at this hotel are so sweet and inviting. We were greeted every morning with a smile. We also loved the breakfast. It is a la carte, which we preferred over a buffet breakfast. The menu is limited but everything is delicious. The bun bo Hue is one of the best I've had! Besides the wonderful staff and clean rooms, this hotel is in a perfect location. It is close to the walking street, tons of restaurants and the Perfume River. Hue was our favorite city during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. So we'll definitely be back to Dragon Hue Hotel.

This hotel was brand new when we stayed - the protective screen was still on some of the appliances in the room! The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. It came with some novel features like a sauna in the bathroom.Breakfast options were okay. Beef omelete was really tasty and we had the option of having it in the room.The staff were friendly and we made use of the laundry service which was done to a high standard within 5hrs.My advice to the hotel would be to update the photos on the booking websites to actual photos rather than artists impressions (the rooms are finished to a very high standard) and keep an eye on the colour of the water in the roof top pool which was turning a bit green when we were there (but I'm sure that's an easy fix for future guests!)Overall I would recommend and would stay again if I was in Hue.
